Our story
How we got here.
Young Muslims Australia has spent over thirty years building spiritual, social and educational opportunities for Australian Muslim youth — starting with a handful of volunteers and a borrowed hall.
YMA through the years
Three decades, one community.
YMA founded
A handful of volunteers started weekend classes in a borrowed hall.
First camp
The first YMA youth camp brought together students from across the state.
Markaz opens
YMA moved into its first dedicated community space.
